Classic Metal Gear Solid to get revived in MGS4?

This Metal Gear Solid trailer has some humble beginnings, showing off footage from the classic PS1 title and Wii’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl. But then it does something completely unexpected. We see Young Snake sneaking around in a completely remastered Shadow Moses. Could it be? Is Metal Gear Solid being remade in MGS4? Perhaps not the entire game, but it’s likely we’ll see a few playable segments from Snake’s earlier adventures. This would be an incredible homage to a hero who’s time has likely come.
