A Gamestop store in Fort Walton Beach Florida sold a man a "used" Nintendo Wii game system for $249.99, the same price as a brand new Wii system. The story brings to light many questions, including "does Gamestop/EB have the right to sell used goods to customers at the same price as new retail items?"
