IGN writes: "It’s true, you know; sometimes good things do come to those who wait. It’s been well over a year and a half now since Japan was treated to SEGA’s follow-up to their original little action-oriented crime drama, (and our poor friends in Euroland will have to wait more than two years before the game hits there), but the wait was most definitely worth it".
