With over 800,000 units sold in its first week of availability in Japan, it was given that Super Smash Bros. Brawl would traverse the million sold mark faster than any Wii game.

The platinum figure comes two weeks after the game’s release. Even more amazing, Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been sold out everywhere.
