Guitar Hero IV will be the fourth game in the guitar hero series. Its release date has not been announced, but it is speculated that Guitar Hero 4 will be released in late Spring 2008. Guitar Hero IV will be released for all leading platforms including Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Nintendo Wii. Guitar Hero Aerosmith’s web site is now finished and running. Pre-orders are seemingly ready for a June 08 release.

A sequel to THQ’s Saint’s Row 2 will be appearing on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 later this year. New vehicles will include boats, helicopters and planes.
From the announcement: “Developed by THQ’s critically acclaimed internal studio Volition, Inc. using their proprietary open-world engine, Saints Row 2 will offer vastly expanded customization options, a totally transformed and expanded city of Stilwater, all new vehicles, sandbox tools and toys as well as both online co-op and competitive multiplayer.”

An update for the XBOX 360 edition of NBA Live 08 called “Online Team Play” can be downloaded next moment you place your NBA Live 08 disk in.
The update includes:
•1 vs. 1 up to 5 vs. 5 multiplayer
•Gamers can now lock themselves into individual players or allow for player switching.
•The CPU takes over any players not being manually controlled.
•Voice communication is available and is set up so you can only communicate with your teammates.

Valve’s co-op zombie slayer Left 4 Dead is expected to be in stores recently this summertime, likely around August. The game was earlier meant to be released in the start of 2008 on the PC and Xbox 360, but has been delayed for unidentified reasons. Valve newly acquired Left 4 Dead and temporary Counter-Strike developer Turtle Rock Studios, which will almost possible streamline subsequent growth.
